Appointment Cancellation Policy Agreement

Skin by Olga is committed to providing all of our treasured clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.

Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to notify us of a cancellation. As our clinic is closed on Mondays, if cancelling a Tuesday appointment, please ensure that cancellations are advised by 2pm on Saturday in order to allow sufficient time to offer this time slot to another client on our wait list.

We respectfully advise that if prior notification is not given, missed appointments will be charged as follows:

1. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

2. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
